Terms Of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICEPayment and prices:
- All prices are in USD
- Card via Boosty/Hipolink or PayPal via EasyStart/Hipolink
- Upfront payment. Payment plans can be discussed
- No refunds (if you're not sure, please just don't commission)General:
- I have rights to decline your commission
- All commissions are for personal use only
- I can use WIPs of your commission as promotion, work on it on streams, etc. unless discussed otherwise
- Client is allowed to post their commission anywhere they want
- No private commissions
- NO AI, crypto, NFT, blockchains. I will not be working with anything AI generated (audio, pics, etc.), and I do not consent for my works to be used for any kind of AI
- For character references, non shaded 2D pictures are preferred
- Don't be afraid to ask for edits when getting WIPs, because once the work is done major edits can't be made
- If your character got a major redesign, almost-finished or fully finished work can't be edited to match the redesign
- You can not commission other artists to redraw/re-animate/edit any of my works, including commissioned ones, unless it was discussed beforehand. Same rules apply for others work, I can not animate someone's comics, fanfics, illustrations, designs and etc. if I don't have original artist's permission
- One person can commission only one piece at a time
- If a client does not respond within 2 months, commission will be put on hold. After 5 months, your commission will get cancelled. Ghosting for too long will get you blacklisted
- Commissioning me does not mean start of the friendship
- Bargain, roleplay, inappropriate behavior (flirting and weird comments) and harassment are not tolerated and might get you blacklisted
- Asking for updates every day will not make work faster. If you don't have the patience, please don't commission
- Client is allowed to redline the work they commission if they feel something was drawn wrong. Redline can be done on screenshots or WIP files that were sent to the clientDeadlines:
- For illustrations, turnaround is 1-4 weeks, depending on complexity
- For animations, you get updates every 1-2 weeks. If work was done faster, you get updated earlier, which means multiple updates per week are possible. Deadlines depend on animation complexity
- If update can not be provided for any reason or deadlines can't be met, you'll be warned and different deadline can be discussed if neededAbout animations:
- All animations are done by default in 24FPS, full HD 1920x1080 with basic brush, unless discussed otherwise
- If your character has parts that are not animation friendly, they might get simplified with your approval
- If you need transparent background for your animation, you'll be provided with a ZIP file of png sequence with transparent bg. It can not be provided as GIF or MP4, sorry!
- Despite the possibility of helping to make characters more animation friendly, no full reference sheets or full character redesigns can be made
- Big edits are obligated by a fee, which depends on complexity of an edit. Fee starts at 5$/sec
Exception: animation errors. While it is technically editing, fixing animation errors is not obligated by any fees. WIPs might contain errors. So don't be afraid to tell me if you see any!Sketch - rough sketch animation only, no colors
Flat colors - animation is fully cleaned and colored, but no shading, light and other cosmetic special effects
Full render - animation is fully cleaned and colored, and also has added shading and cosmetic special effects like light, glow, etc. all depends on your ideasDifference between FXs:
Special effects like fire, liquids, smoke and such can be done at any stage
Special effects in fully rendered animation is mostly cosmetic addition

Animation commissions process in shortPlease note that every small stage requires your reviews to avoid late fixes[1: setting up]
Discussion of your idea > payment (full, or first if you chose payment plans) > you're added to the queue[2: sketch]
Rough storyboard-like sketch > a little more clean animatic or rough key frames > fully animated rough animation
If sketch animation was ordered, work is done here.If flat colors or full render was chosen, some small details, for example like character's pattern, might be missing in rough animation on some frames or at all. These details are not forgotten and will be added at the next stage[3: lineart and colors]
Lineart > base coloring
If flat color animation was ordered, work is done here.[4: full render/compositing]
Shading > adding more special effects if needed, depending on animation idea (glowing, lights, etc.)At the end I send you all GIF/MP4 files through direct messages, Google Drive or e-mail
ATTENTION: If uploaded on Google Drive, files will be deleted after 3 months. If you have not downloaded or lost your files, feel free to ask me to reupload it for you.
